Privacy Statement
This statement explains how Cyber Lead Scout handles personal data in connection with the marketing website and pilot request flow.
What we collect
When you use the marketing website or submit the pilot request form, we may process:
- Name
- Company name
- Work email address
- Monthly lead volume selection
- The message you submit about your pilot goals
- Basic technical request data needed to serve and secure the website
- Google Analytics 4 data such as page visits, referral source, campaign tags, device and browser category, approximate location, and pilot-request funnel events
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this deployment to understand visit volume, traffic sources, campaign performance, and pilot-request conversion points across the public marketing site.
The current implementation is intended for analytics measurement and is loaded only after the visitor grants analytics consent through the site's consent banner.
Why we process it
We use this information to receive and respond to pilot requests, evaluate whether a pilot conversation is relevant, follow up with you about Cyber Lead Scout, maintain service security, and keep a reasonable audit trail for inbound requests.
Legal bases
We process personal data where this is necessary to respond to your request, communicate about Cyber Lead Scout, protect the integrity of the website and mail flow, and comply with legal obligations that apply to our business.
Third parties
The pilot request flow can involve third parties that help us operate the service.
- TransIP or the configured SMTP provider for delivery of pilot request emails
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that are necessary to serve the website securely
- Google Analytics / Google Tag infrastructure when analytics consent is granted
Consent choice storage
When analytics is enabled, the site stores the visitor's cookie-consent choice in browser storage so the banner does not need to be shown on every page load. This preference record is used only to remember the visitor's analytics choice.
Retention
Pilot request submissions are retained only for as long as needed to review, follow up, troubleshoot, and maintain a reasonable business record of inbound requests. Where a longer retention period is required for legal, administrative, or security reasons, the relevant records may be retained for that period.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. Requests can be sent to pilot@leadscout.optimaize.io.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the way your request is handled, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority that applies to you, including the Dutch Data Protection Authority where relevant.
